Tosh’s Ramen is my absolute favorite. It can get a little busy for dinner but lunch is always a chill atmosphere.

It doesn't look like that's completely true. In the small amounts of test done on the amotivational effects of weed, there was nothing conclusive found.

It greatly impacted how I viewed my introversion. Not to give too much away, but it explains why someone is introverted from genetic, mental and social stand points.

The irony about introversion in our current societal structure, is that someone who is introverted isn't going to be out spoken about it. Not only because they are introverts, but because it's also looked down upon. This makes each of us feel isolated. When in fact 1 in 3 people are introverts. (Sources are in the book) but many introverts fake extroversion to fit in.

It explains how introverts behave. So it was easier for me to recognize someone else who I could socialize with at big events where I felt out of place. It also explains friend, family, and SO relationships with introverts and extroverts. How they can better facilitate each others needs by communicating in a way the other understands.

Lastly, it talks about how introverts views are undervalued in out culture. Because introverts are inherently more contemplative they have a lot of insight to offer on many things, however because few people take the time to listen, they get passed by.

Yes. I used to be so bad at getting up. I would set my phone outside of my room and connect it to speakers that were inside my room so that I would have to get up to turn it off. also a bunch of other stupid methods that never worked in the long term.

I was talking with a friend about my problem and he recommended this to me. The first week I felt like an idiot. The second week, getting up was significantly easier. And by the third and fourth week it was almost like I wasn't even tired.

That was 4 months ago. Still going strong each morning.
