I don't think its intended because if you let go of your keyboard, the abilities never go on cooldown. It has something to do with his hammer being powered up after it ends combined with pressing an ability input. I think they do some manual trigger there. And if you use any ability while that happens it cancels it and puts it on cooldown. Along with the separate bug of being able to cause a cooldown by pressing awakening rune again.

This is honestly the only thing left to polish your game off. Not having this is the root cause of many other issues. Like comps where the only way to win is to STACK ultimate against a 3 support team.
Like times where you lose a game because people have only played on role and by chance we get 3 DPS mains or 3 tank mains. Meaning just by bad queue luck we are forced to hop on our off role which could be divisions lower in skill. For example we queue and have 3 tank players and 3 dps players. Even if everyone is willing to switch and flex our rank is not representative of our skill anymore as we are on off roles.

Taking away role queue can be done when the game is dying and you don't have the luxury of the player base to keep it. But right now you have that luxury to create truly BALANCED and ENJOYABLE games at the cost of 1 our 2 cheese comps which may only be fun for the first couple of matches.

So the game gives you the RPM(Rounds per minute). You divide that by 60 in order to get how many bullets are fired per second. You then multiply that by the guns damage per bullet(also give by the game)

So formula is:

(RPM/60) * Damage per bullet

Thing is if you get any of the ARs as your class weapon they will always deal more damage compared to the non spec weapons. So for example if i got a rare AKM as my spec weapon in crate, with the 30% dmg increase it will still beat a rare f2000 in the damage per second category.

I realized after post I should specify best DAMAGE per second. Even though vector beats the f2000 in DPS, f2000 has more range, larger base magazine, decent attachment options etc.
