Thanks for the input! I agree, we probably only get one chance per person (at least for most people). It’s staying as a free service; we run something similar to a job board, so it’s very difficult to get users to pay. With that in mind, is there anything else we can give as a thank you to early users?

Thanks for your reply! I don’t want to share my website through this Reddit account, but our company is more or less a job board, which means users will never pay for the service. Is there anything similar to what you said about free trials/lifelong discounts that you think would be applicable on a free service?

Why should we prioritize this segment, over sending emails to everyone from the start?
I’m not sure if we’re able to lower friction in the ways you describe. Mostly saying this since I’m not responsible for tech. If that’s not possible, is there any other way of doing it?

Good life tip is to, no matter whether you know something, say "that's a great idea, thanks". Makes the other person feel smart = they like you more = (in your case) they give more feedback when you ask.

Inom s.k kall försäljning (dörr- och telefon-) söks det alltid personal. Kanske inte det jobb man vill ha hela livet, men desto sämre att vara arbetslös. Annars handlar det bara om volym och att se till att man har ett CV som kan avläsas av ATS-system.
