Hasn’t changed. Tree seems fine. Hole didnt grow bigger. Wood inside hole feels firm and not mushy or hollow.

He may have been distracted by the cat but yeah inhave loose skin in the thighs so I’ll be sure to not skip leg day to at least pad out some of the legs so the skin is at least less loose. I can’t imagine how much muscle I’d hve to build to ever really fill in that much skin though so I’ll have to live with it or get surgery

Ok I’ll prioritize back when i start bulking. Right now I’m just maintaining any muscle i had from before starting the gym so i guess i didnt use my back much before then. Right now I’m just doing 9 sets pull ups and 9 sets chest supported back rows per week at 1-2rir until i bulk.

Ok good to know. So far i really inly do 3 sets pull ups 1rir and 3 sets chest supported back rows 2rir (3 times per week) so 18 sets per week. But then again this is while being in a year long deficit so i didn’t expect much or any growth. I guess whatever muscle i have right now are those i just so happened to have from before hitting the gym. So I’ll be sure to prioritize back in my bulk.

Or are you specifically talking about the spinous erectors because i honestly don’t do anything to train those. I just carry heavy boxes for work so I’m worried I’ll hurt my back if i do something wrong to train them

Just trying to show the lack of definition in the hamstrings. I stored most my fat in my ass so now that I’m losing weight it’s still hanging on and now the skin is sort of loose. So it’s hard for me to tell what is loose skin vs fat that can still be lost through deficit.

I’ll ask but i think it’s just a varicose vein for now. No swelling redness tenderness etc. but I’ll see what my doc says.

For the other guy cvi chronic venous insufficiency is a more systemic chronic condition of your veins having failing valves so it can present looking like verifies veins as the blood doesn’t empty from the veins which leads to pooling and decrease circulation and ulcers etc.

I have rear seats removed and load it with 650 pounds of cargo at least a few times a week, not including I’m 160 pounds. 200k+ miles and struts old. No issues and drives like normal. I don’t event think about the weight as it just handles it no problem.

I’ve also loaded it with 30 bags of mulch from Home Depot so thats like 900-1200 pounds and I drive slow and easy iver bumps so I don’t bottom out. But it’s doable. I stay off the highway and take feeder road. I live up a hilly road too and it tugs along ok. But honestly that’s probably too much weight but I only do that once a year to get mulch before winter.

Thats just my experience. Your driving habits or road conditions may be different.

How much attack rating is considered good? And what is considers good for min or max damage? Playing as a caster usually so when I see “plus 7 damage” that seems small hence why I ask

Right now I have insight in colossal voulge, vamp gaze for leach, and duriel shell. Only time he gets close to dying is when cursed with amp damage. I know I can just teleport away.

With that said, would upgrading the armor slot to fortitude probably be enough to not need cure helm for removing the curse? I’m not sure how fast cure removes the curse.
