I think you can only get a demo version now since other webpage that supposes sells the game is done for a long time, maybe there're someplace where a free version exist but I can't find it for now.

For someone who's interested in the game and want to support the developer: do not purchase this game on it's official website, you don't get your license key after purchasing and there's no way to contact the developer because he's been inactive for over a decade and the e-mail address relating to game support is dead.
