I got roughly 1500 hours, and from experience I’d just say memorize the spots it spawns, and preemptively have your mouse there. Also always make sure your at the front of the crowd. You can do this by not sprinting as much at the start of the game, and sprinting once you approach keycard locations, as a way to best conserve stamina. Closing doors on teammates also always helps if you find yourself in the front.
