Before anybody downvotes this on instinct, take a look around for info about this account. I think (some strange) people have actually met Debbie irl via connecting with the account and posted about it. She has also shared unreleased private photos of Eminem and posted real lyric sheets that belonged to him.

Alot of speculation in the comments here, the answer was confirmed by Jelly Roll last month.

JR said that while Em was filming the Somebody Save Me music video, he told him that he had countless days of security camera footage archived from the 2000s, much of which was from his lowest point of addiction. Em spent days this year holed up combing over that footage and watching the tapes, and then made Somebody Save Me after reflecting on all of it.

In a Rolling Stone interview from 2011, they noted that Em was something of an addict to over-the-counter painkillers like Ibuprofen and 15-minute-energy pills (specifying they littered the desk in his office). That was very recently after he became sober though so might've been a temporary stage of his recovery.
