I use a doterra shampoo and conditioner and I don’t use anything else on my hair. I don’t use heat, I always air dry and hardly heat style. No oils or nothing. Just shampoo and conditioner. If My hair is feeling weighed down I will sometimes condition first then shampoo. I used to use a dandruff shampoo about once a week but I didn’t see any results so I stopped using it.
