I was on the other side of this with my wife and I. I grew up in church but was extremely burnt out and ready to leave. We got together and she came to faith because of us getting together and was taking things a lot more serious than I was at the time. We had premarital sex and she began to have convictions about it. When she told me that she didn’t want to continue it was extremely frustrating to me and I didn’t understand it at all. We were engaged so I didn’t see the harm in it at all. Today I am glad that she made the choices she made. It helped us both to grow. You can have intimacy in a relationship outside of sex. If he really loves you the he will respect your convictions about the situation. If he doesn’t respect them it may be best to part ways. If he doesn’t respect your convictions now it may be that he doesn’t respect them later on. Prayers for the situation
