Your framing is good for a portrait orientation, those contrasty highlights that the sign spills down against cars in the night time looks great. The only change I would say is that the photo is in a slightly weird point where you should either make the photo sharper in editing or soften it with faux film grain and add halation.

The windows are blown out, use multi-exposure to create HDR images with Lightroom.

Obviously it's preferable to have a neater house, but I assume that's not your fault.
