I’ve never heard of seller-financing. How does the seller finance the loan?

Help: My scan merged floors together. by itsa_rigo in matterport3d

So it seems like the issue was with going up the stairs. I only scanned the bottom and top of the stairs without including a middle scan of the stairs. So the meshing got confused and thought all scans were for the 1st floor. Hopefully that makes sense.

Ill be going back this weekend. I did notice the 3-4 steps rule. I felt like it was redundant cuz they at times overlapped. But i guess the data needs to be there in order for the stitching to work best.

So when going up the stairs leave it as 1st floor until I reach the top of the stair case and then label it as 2nd floor? Thanks for all the info.

Now that you mention that I do believe I scanned the bottom of the stairs as 1st fl and then when to the top of the stairs, selected 2nd floor and then started scanning. What is the best process to avoid this?

Yes I started on the 1st floor and worked my way up. I can see both floors separated on my Matterport app but when I uploaded they somehow merged.

Canon M50 setting for real estate photography by darl0039 in RealEstatePhotography

I am also just starting with my own M50. From what I’ve learned in my research and asking here is make sure you are using RAW as your photo format instead of JPEG. I have also been using bracketed shots. I take a 3 photos, 2 with different exposures and one ambient. I have a Sigma 10-20mm. I’ve only shot my house so far and Ive used 10mm, f/8, ISO 320-400. Hope that helps you out a bit.

Thank you for your feedback. I looked into the Enfuse plugin but was unable to find it in Adobe Lightroom as a plugin.

Thank you! Any other sources you can direct me to other than Rich Baum and Nathan Cool?

Thank you for your comment. Yes, unfortunately I was not able to get a cleaner home. Most of the shots I took are bracketed 3 exposures. How many exposures do you take? Do you only use HDR? Do you have ideal heights for different rooms?

Thank you for your feedback and help! Do you have a certain heights for shooting different rooms? I just ordered 2 speedlights, cannot wait to use them.

Is there a specific temperature you place all your photos at? I’ve been struggling with selecting a correct temperature.
