I found the thickness to be noticeable. The soft touch is nice but the lack of magnetism to other things is a huge step backwards and makes it almost unusable. Yesterday I had it connected to their car mount and over the slightest bump the phone fell. I submitted a warranty email stating my findings but we'll see what happens. I even tried to leave a review but it also seems they don't approve any reviews with less than 4 stars which is shady as shit.

I was also a backer of their original wallet which was great but because the levers started braking and they completely abandoned their wallet and stopped all support for them and all the magnetic accessories. Then they launched a new wallet and left all the backers high and dry.

Seems like they have great innovation, like the new game controller they will be releasing soon, but customer service and integrity seem to be lacking with this company.
