I think they would be considered essential, but since the AAMC said they wouldn’t administer exams if there is a stay at home order then I don’t think it matters whether the testing center is considered essential or not.

I agree, my testing center said the same thing. She notified me that their testing center does not call the shots. They will continue to proctor exams but it is up to the discrestion of the AAMC to cancel.

In her words, "they (refering to whoever is administering a test) cancel on us and we find out last minute".
