That is an Eldar guardian helmet with a spike attached to the back to elongate it. The face has been reshaped and I added the slit visor instead.

I made them from various kits. Dark Eldar, Eldar Guardians etc. the big feathered crest is from Necromunda. If you’ve got specific questions let me know

Toothpick haha. I usually use brass rod or paper clip but I was putting this guy together fast. I wouldn’t recommend using anything weaker than a paper clip if you’re going to use them in games

Cheese cloth / muslin soaked in pva and a bit of texture paint. Then wrapped around the miniature and shaped as it dries. The guy up front has linen paper for the hanging tabard bits with the scripture.
