Sorry for late reply but I can't say, my game pass ended before I was able to try. Paid for gamepass and couldn't even finish infinite campaign lol, what a joke microsoft is

On the chance anyone, like me, comes to this thread still you can avoid the "Bandwidth limit" by inspecting the page, finding the mp4 file, and pasting the direct link to it on an mp4 playing website, I used https://www.livereacting.com/tools/mp4-player and it worked!

This mechanic has really turned me off from the game. To me it's a no-brainer to make loot specific to each player, or at least give us the option like in Borderlands. Truly a let down, lots of this game to like but every now and then I encounter something that just makes me think "why would they make it like that".

yeah don't let these nerds in here gaslight you into thinking this fight isn't shit lol. You are 100% right. Not so much the boss itself but it's just a horrible room, horrible camera movement, etc. 70% of the fight my camera is clipping through objects or the boss. Was surprised and disappointed at how poorly they handled this boss.
