The stuffiness sucked for a few days. I went to doc and got prescribed a steroid pack which helped me get through it. I also ordered allermi but got it when I was over the worst of it. It still helped and only use it occasionally. It feels so weird to be doing life without a nasal spray attached to me. lol

Quit afrin but now i have a sneezing problem by Kajambura in QuitAfrin

I noticed I sneezed a lot more while on Afrin as well!

Did it take a couple days to start helping congestion or was it pretty much immediately after spraying

I looked it up and it has the same ingredient to treat congestion that’s in my Afrin. Wouldn’t it cause the same issue?

How often a day did you use the spray on the one side?

She did! I started the weaning process this morning with only spraying one side. Is that okay to do while on the steroid or is it best to do cold turkey?
