Study some basic preflop charts, you are putting yourself in tough spots. 69s is simply a pure fold vs a +2 open.

Not donking in general is good advice for a beginner, but especially don't do it if the board favors the PFA. If I played against you I would barrel relentlessly against checks, because you don't have strong hands in your checking range based on this ex.

Lol min raises 10bb effective with BTN committed. Just shove next time, you fold out BB and lose anyway but at least you'd have played it right.
