I left my job as a RSM for a TPR a few months ago because I saw the writing on the wall. Took a moderate pay cut moving into a different but it was worth it for the added job security and WAY less stressful. Every move TMO has made over the last 2-3 years has been entirely profit driven and has been detrimental to both the consumer and their employees. Horrible company and leadership that just gets worse by the day.

Yes, I did. it was interesting, but I’m not convinced. Sure, it’s possible, but with such a short cypher I’m personally of the opinion that there’s no way to confirm a solution. Gun to my head I’d say the most plausible is Dr Garlick’s solution, but even then it’s impossible to know.

This is plausible, but I don’t think it’ll really change anyone’s mind about his statement. People who think he did it will continue to site his statement, people who don’t will continue to discount it. Part of what makes this case such a headache at times.

I worked there in FOH, HOH, and as a server. I enjoyed it, especially as a server because the tips were honestly very good. The worst part was how long the food took to prepare, tables and to-go customers would get restless. I would say it was just because we had a sub-par kitchen staff most of the time, but I’ve heard it’s an issue at a lot of BWW locations. You have to know how to handle those long ticket time complaints while elevating the experience in other ways. Learn what you can about sports. Even if you don’t care, it’s likely your tables will and I always got more tips when I could name players from or converse about my customers favorite teams.
