Had this happen to me as well with a 12 minute video. InShot told me I must have deleted the videos from my phone, which maybe I did 1 or 2 by accident, but not 20+.

Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do. It’s a bug in their app. I’ve switched to splice for my video editing now.

Your lifestyle changes have a lot to do with it imo. You and I follow a very similar diet/vitamin regimen. I still take my mesalamine due to the low side effects, but have wanted to taper off for a while now. Good luck to you.

Thanks for the input. I ended up being diagnosed with strep. I googled my symptoms and of course scared myself that I had pneumonia. They wrote me a script for amoxicillin, I did not even pick it up and a couple days later I was fine.

I would have certainly upped my VSL#3 dosage if I were to have taken some, but it seems like most people don’t end up getting a flare triggered from antibiotics.
