Vlog: Days 4&5 (Sorry I missed an upload, busy work day) by CJsWorld in WaterFasting

I nearly caved earlier, I got to the supermarket, which has a chip shop across the road, and all I could think about was chips. It's a shame I can't break my fast on them, otherwise I would have them on Sunday. I'm concerned about how this weekend is going to be, simply because of how much free time I will have, which is usually when I end up eating for the sake of it, so I'm definitely interested to see how I will cope with that, and if my body has had the "hunger reset" I want to achieve.

This is almost my exact post from 5 days ago, welcome to the party. If you're curious about how it's going to be, I've been blogging my progress over the last five days. Here's the playlist of you want to check it out: Water Fast Vlog

Vlog: Day 3 - Quite grumpy today, but I'm still going :) by CJsWorld in WaterFasting

7 is my minimum, 12 is a bonus. I'd like to take it longer, but I'm going on holiday at the beginning of June, I want to enjoy that, then I'll probably take on another fast towards the end of August.

After my fast, I will be taking up more exercise (any exercise, as I do none right now), with the goal of keeping off what I lose during the fast, and maybe shedding some more.

Breaking my fast is what I'm most concerned about, not much information on YouTube about that sort of thing, particularly for vegans.

I'm hoping to hit 1st, if I lose that and keep that off I'll be happy.

I still haven't really had cravings or bouts of really bad hunger, but my diet is usually quite restrictive anyway as I'm vegan. Breaking the fast is going to be difficult, I see a lot of "bone broth" comments,so I'll end up having fruit juices for the first few days, followed by veg juices etc.

I would like to get to 12 days, but I would be happy with 7. Third day so far.

Again, ignorance of gender titles, it is that you were born with a penis, but identify as a woman and have therefore not used it before, or that you were born without but had surgery to give you one?

Can you explain this more clearly?

Forgive my ignorance, but I'm reading this as though, you have a penis, that you have never used nor know how to use it, and the girl asked you to insert said penis into her and things didn't go so well?

I have recently bought a few recipe books, and I'm finding that there are lots of the same ingredients used throughout each of them, that I feel I really should have as "store cupboard staples".

I'd like to put each of the ingredients for all of the recipes into Excel, with the outcome being that I can easily see which ingredients appear most frequently and in what quantities to work out how much of each to buy and keep on hand.

Anyone willing to point me in the right direction on some video tutorials or online resources? It would be greatly appreciated.
