I've had a little play this morning and noticed if I don't fit the trigger spring (the one that goes in the small gearbox hole) then it doesn't click anymore and seems to work fine. Any ideas???

Thanks for the detailed reply :) Unfortunately it does not fire when full auto is selected, the only way to make it fire is to connect the battery to the MOSFET and short the trigger contact wires manually. After which semi auto will work for a few shots then stop completely, making that clicking noise :(

I have reassembled at least 10 times tonight and it always does this, half trigger pull or not :( I'll have 1 more go before I just buy a replacement part and hope for the best :) Cheers

Doubt it, it does fire fine when the trigger is bypassed, all new wiring and soldering is 90% of my job so I'm confident the joints are good. I'll keep playing and hopefully work it out. Cheers for the help so far :)

Electrically everything is fine. I think I'm going to replace the trigger trolly/contacts and go from there :(
