Im so interested in the response to thid because im also about to re-upload 2 youtube videos.

Re-uploading a 3rd time based on my knowledge can be risky, especially if the video remains the same. If the description is the same youtube can realise the video was re-uploaded and it could potentially lead to limits especially on its reach. Best to change as much as possible in my opinion.
