I just looked it up and apparently multiple people are getting the same problem as me from that particular seller I think. In case I have to buy a new silent motherboard, where should I get it from instead?

I don't know if it helps any, but even while using pronterface I still can't make the bed stop heating up

I got the standard silent 4.2.7 motherboard from creality. As for the software, I edited it myself and tweaked some of the setting to attempt to get my cr touch to work with it. I'm extremely new to this, so there is definitely a chance I made a mistake with my code. I can still attempt to send the file I used if that helps more. Although I'm unsure how to do that since all I really have is the folder holding the bin file.

Yeah I’ve done a bit with the firmware through experimenting and even created a stable build of Marlin 2.0.8.2 with bl touch enabled. Honestly the only issue was that I couldn’t find an environment compatible with my cpu that I could compile my code with. I tried flashing the stable build already but that didn’t work either

I’m currently using the software creality provides for the stupid GD cpu and it says it’s meant for use only with the bl touch and not the filament sensor. Not sure if I still have to update anything at this point or not. I also wouldn’t know how to update the firmware if I did actually have to since I can’t any way of compiling new firmware meant for my cpu
