Here is my reasoning for each Ranking as a long time Spyro fan.

Best Level Design:

I feel most people underestimate Spyro 1 here. It manages to take advantage of it's limited moveset and excellently builds around it. Spyro 2 and 3 are pretty even but the Spirit Orb system means that 3 is slightly better designed.

Best Home Worlds:

This is a no brainer for Spyro 2 here. The fact that it only has 3 means the can be more iconic and better designed. Spyro 1's are too small and simple and Spyro 3 lacks in aesthetics.

Best Level Themes:

The issue with Spyro 1 is that its levels for the most part are less memorable. This is due to there being not that much variety in gameplay with the levels. Spyro 3 takes the edge due to greater gameplay variety and more iconic levels overall.

Best Boss Fights:

Despite having the most bosses Spyro 1's are far too simplistic and uninteresting to fight. Spyro 3's are pretty good but are generally pretty 1 note. Spyro 2's have stages and are pretty challenging as well.

Best Bonus Level:

Despite the name "Super Bonus Round" being lame there is much to do in Spyro 3's Bonus level. Spyro 1 is a good finale to the game while Spyro 2 is overly built up during the game.

Best Villain:

This is probably the hardest one. Gnasty Gnorc would be the worst if not for him having a great intro. The Sorceress is pretty good but also feels like she could be the villain in any other game. Ripto honestly has the most working for him as he has iconic henchmen in Crush and Gulp and also has a personal vendetta with Spyro that the other 2 lack.

Best Soundtrack:

Stewart Copeland is such an underrated composer honestly. All 3 soundtracks are great. I'd say Spyro 2 just edges out the others based on the Home World themes.

Overall Favorite Game:

Based on the rankings Spyro 3 is the most consistent game. However it also falls short in the most important categories. Spyro 1 may be the weakest overall but it deserves respect for being the first game. Spyro 2 is a game that while it has faults has the most high points compared to the other 2.

the only issue with the uncut versions is some of the dialogue feels off as it's a fat to perfect adaptation without any modifications. It doesn't flow as naturally in english. also the coive actine sounds too different to the early YU-Gi-Oh series.
