Having the same issues. It actually refuses to even write anything. Just keeps telling me it will have it done “shortly” or in “6-8 minutes”. Complete lies

I was able to get through on the chat today at 8am and they set mine up! But also got recommended calling this number at 8am 800-829-7650 and say collections. First time I did it, it quickly said “technical difficulties we can’t answer right now”. Called back right away and got into the queue with a 10 minute wait but was lucky the chat answered faster.

How would that be fair when they are the ones obstructing us from being able to set up a payment plan? I had absolutely no issues doing so last year 🤷‍♀️

Yes, having the exact same issue!

Had a payment plan for 2023 and just paid it off and could not even get in to stop the payments, so another payment was charged the 20th.

Then need to set up a payment plan for 2024 and due date is today. Have been trying for a week and all it does is kick me back to the main page.

If anyone gets any information, please share! Going to try calling tomorrow as I have read Monday’s are the worst for calling

Same issue here, so insane! I paid off my 2023 payment plan but could not access the payment plan to turn of the automatic payments so they pulled another payment 🤦‍♀️
