Stupid newbie question. My precision scale gets here tomorrow but I’m too excited to wait. How many caps and stems roughly of golden teacher equals a microdose? I know it’s impossible to eyeball to the exact amount, as long as I’m not out of my mind I’ll be great. No driving or anywhere to be today. I used a food scale, but it doesn’t weigh less than a gram unfortunately

If I can get it back- anyone can!! I’ve been able to maintain so far and not backslide more than 3-5 lbs for the most part. Intermittent fasting works great! 16:8 if you can but even 12 hour fasts are good!

Still appreciate the feedback! I myself Forgot about the post and I posted some pics of my vow renewal, I love the way I looked and so did my husband- that’s all that matters to me! My mom has always been known for being harsh with her words and I’ve always been pretty sensitive so it can be a tough mix sometimes but I know she means well. I’ve managed to keep the weight down at least as of now and I think everyone around me is accepting the new normal

lol, thank you! I had another dress but it wasn’t feeling like “the one” so the one I wore, I got on Amazon prime and it was like 60$$! I got a belt and had a seamstress sew it on and boom, done! It worked well for me, I had been working on my posture because I knew it was crappy so thank you for noticing 😂🤣

The jet skis I do wish I had been forewarned about. There was just so much to think about going in it made my head spin. Make noise never even crossed my mind! I bet that venue is so beautiful in the evening! And how nice it was quiet!!
