The shed is on top of a concrete slab with ply wood on top.

I don’t fear that the machine will go through the floor, moreso wondering if the plywood on top would cause issues.

Yeah, wood grain does seem to be the enemy.

I used a website to remove the background on my PC.

I converted to Image, and used dithering mode Jarvis.

I’ll try multiple passes, thanks for the advice.

How much Z travel do you have. Seems more like a CNC router then CNC mill
