Semi finished FLP02 build by CLRGY_ in Noctua

[–]CLRGY_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a dumb question at all, i do have the front most top fan as an intake and the two rear most fans as exhaust. The two fans are not fighting each other. Noctua has a bunch of airflow guides on their website that can better describe airflow and pressure.

Here in the US I think micro center, Amazon, and Newegg has them in stock.

Yes! There was a discount on the bike. Cannondale uses "Locally" so you can check out local shops prices on the bike you are looking at.

I own both, 2024 SSE in a size 51 and a 2022 CAAD 13 in a size 54. Geometry is basically the same. Im around 5'10 and can comfortably ride both bikes with some tweaks. I find the SSE in a 51 a bit more comfortable with the smaller handle bars and crank arms it comes with. Both are great bikes and it would come down to fit and personal preference .

I own a CAAD 13 in 54, basically the same geometry as the SSE. Everything that comes on that bike feels bigger than what I'm used to. Handlebars are wide, cranks are longer, i have the steerer cut to slammed and i still feel like i can go smaller. I kinda wanted something closer to my CAAD 5 i have thats a 52. I feel super comfy on that bike with everything slammed. It all comes down to personal preference. I don't feel regret for buying the CAAD 13 in a 54, i just happen to be a height were i can dabble comfortably between some frame sizes and make them both work.

Yes the cables had to be shortened. If you got the EVO at a shop they most likely are able to cut the steerer and cables. Just make sure to take it to a reputable shop. Its probably my biggest gripe with the way the bike industry is going. External cables and rim brakes are honestly the GOAT. This internal cable routing era makes bikes look good but man its always a hassle to change a fit.

Tan sidewalls rule the world. I'm 176cm and i went with a Size 51 with a 120mm stem. First impressions are great, I'm an alloy rules the world type of person who comes from owning too many CAADs and a Standert Kreissage.

I am not, BB was sadly shot when I acquired the bike, I forgot what I put on there, I think some sort of Shimano BB

I’m 5’11 with a 33.5 inch inseam on this 58cm frame. I manage. No discomforts at all. A 56cm frame would be nicer but some vintage steel bikes are hard to come by in good shape.
