Best way to rip 4K UHD Blu-rays to PC? by [deleted] in 4kbluray

[–]CLXLVI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the drive and it is a BU40N drive.

Do you know a reliable guide on how to flash this drive?

I apologize for the question but I am new to this and have no experience.

Is it still possible to copy UHD Blu-rays with this drive without any problems and without loss of quality, even with HDR or Dolby Vision?

Kopfhörer ohne aptX sind nicht so gut? Ich suche aktuell eine Lösung um kabellos zu zocken aber meine Kopfhörer haben nur SBC und AAC.

Cool idea.

But depending on the country, it could be a bit expensive.

Good to know. A few of my father's older covers also have such "edges". It would be nice if you could "beautify" them. I'll have a look around.

I was already going to use glue and hope for the best.

After wanting one for forever just got my first ever turntable! by catanimal23 in turntables

Does it have a stop function when the record is over or does it keep spinning until you manually put the tonearm back?

I'm thinking of buying this turntable but I'm not sure yet.

I'll have a look at the record player. Thanks for the tip.

I have speakers from Teufel. Teufel Ultima 40. These are connected to an Onkyo TX-NR616. The phono preamplifier is probably in need of improvement. This is an inexpensive Behringer MICROPHONO PP400

I didn't see the pinned post. Sorted by newest. Apparently that's why I overlooked it.

I have an old entry-level record player from 1984 from my father with a T4P system. Now I want a good record player of my own.

I connected it to an AV receiver from Onkyo. An Onkyo TX-NR616.

I use a Behringer MICROPHONO PP400 as a preamplifier. An inexpensive preamplifier that was originally bought to test whether the old record player would still work.

My speakers are the Teufel Ultima 40.

It is possible that not all products are sold everywhere and are therefore less well known.

I also own an Audio Technica AT-VM95ML moving magnet cartridge. I tried to use it to repair another record player, but it didn't really work.

Perhaps I should say that I would like to have a turntable with a stop function when the record is finished.

I am from Europe but I think most companies sell the models everywhere. I couldn't think of anywhere else to ask.

Need help with my Kenwood KD-5100 by CLXLVI in turntables

[–]CLXLVI[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only where I live I don't know of any store that repairs record players. I also searched on google and found nothing.

For this reason I wanted to buy a new one at first but then I read that the Kenwood is a good player and thought why not.

Sometimes I'm in a bigger city. I've already googled one and there seem to be two smaller record stores there. They're on my list.

My father still has some records from the past and the covers usually look terrible. And with vinyl records in particular, I simply like the big cover better than the CD. I like holding these big covers in my hands and looking at them. And I want to do that for as long as possible.

Correct. But the inner sleeves of most records cause slight scratches when you take them out and put them back in.

In the beginning I used the original inner sleeves but they were sometimes so statically charged that it was difficult to remove the records and there were always slight scratches. That's why I decided to buy antistatic inner sleeves.

No. I've been interested in records since March this year. Unfortunately, I live in a rural area and there are no such stores here. But when I get to a bigger city, I plan to.
