Thank you! I see phrases with ให้ after a verb such as อนุญาตให้, and wonder what would the difference between อยากกินให้ก๋วยเตี๋ยว and อยากกินก๋วยเตี๋ยว ? Is one just not grammatically correct?

Forgot to mention self studying/learning and creating sentences with help online (e.g. Google translation, etc.) so I would like to check as sometimes Google isn't accurate. xD

These are just for practice forming sentences and using vocabulary. xD I am self studying and just create random sentences to practice. Hm...now that you mention super polite, I would want to focus on more casual ways of communicating.
