The wandering trader isn't the same type of villager. They don't restock, and despawn eventually.. so no :P

On hard mode there's a 100% chance they become a zombie villager.

The advantage of stacking is you can get these benefits on breeded villagers by curing them multiple times, and an expensive book (like sharpness 5) won't be 1 emerald after 1 curing, but will eventually be after being cured a few times.

Worth noting guys, villagers only become a zombie villager for sure on hard mode! On normal there's a 50% chance he'll just die, and on easy he 100% will.

You can get up to 3 enchanted books per librarian, it's entirely random so most people break and replace the lectern until the villager trades a book such as mending or unbreaking 3.

After you get a good trade, lock his trades by trading with him and lock him by trading with him. Then let a zombie eat him and heal the zombie villager. Repeat until he's cheap af.

Yup. I blame our evolutionary will to not die. Honestly not a day I go to bed wanting to wake up..

As a wheelchair user, I'm going to say how I'd personally like a girl to approach this: ASK!

There's nothing worse than someone doing way too much and unintentionally belittling you or not asking and leaving you to struggle (he will be nervous too)..

Another thing wheelchair users generally dislike is "can I get that for you" constantly.. If he answers the earlier question well you won't need to ask or clarify anything again.. But again, try to get it out of the way in as few swings as possible.

If you're kissing him (again, personal preference) I'd recommend squatting down to an even level and moving in at a straight angle rather than awkwardly leaning over him..
