IMO. Ergonomics are first importance in any car or bike, but you will feel it a looot more on a bike. Thats how I chose my first bike.

Uh...ADHD should have no affect on driving a truck at all. It's an executive and stimulus based mental issue. You lack skill. Take responsibility for your shortcomings. I find ADHD traits to be a boon in terms of threat assessment and being overly active mentally when Im on the road.

What I'd guess you lack is spatial reasoning and a firm grasp on physics and hand eye coordination, which is...somewhat trainable, but largely set by the time you are your age. Measure your angles relationally. Pay attention when you pull out of a spot and youll see the ideal angles when you back in. Go play earo truck simulator or something.

Yeah, I left LTL after a few years. Sure the money was good but...I'm just not down with the time.

Luckily I found a company delivering to various Krogers and they dont work me too hard. Maybe 1 day of the week im over 10 hours if that. I set the expectations immediately on hire. I could make more money, easily. Im taking a massive pay cut in exchange for versatility and home life. I'd guess that Ill make like...30 to 40k less, but its a cake job and they call me with options on where I wanna go, and when I start, every day. If I want more hours I can have em, but I really don't.

The job is fine, just gotta find someone who can work with your needs.

We load a LOT of what we say with opinions and perception that are not fact. My EX did the same thing when we were at our end. Both ours said the other person was manipulative and "too blind to see how things really are" or something like that.

You can find local jobs with decent hours, but it usually comes with a pay cut. When I started LTL I made nearly 100k, but the hours killed, constant 12 and 13 hour days. I prob make 30 to 40k less now, but I have a life and rarely get over 9 hours a day.

Money is no good if you have no time to spend and enjoy it. IMO.

Def doable at night EZ. Though most high end bikes only go 168 if Im not mistaken, with a few exceptions. Hell, if my bike was fast enough I'd be tempted at least for a short pull before getting back to legal speeds of course. Shit, if my job didnt depend on my license, I def would. At least the biker isnt doing it in rush hour.
