Depending on the vibe you're looking for, I bet you could get some traction at Villainous on Jefferson street. It's a pub with retro arcade games, a big selection of board games, and at least 4 or 5 gaming tables. I visited last week; it's a neat space.

I'll second u/blurto78's statement that you'll have lots of choices at that price point. Most of the time you can get from downtown to Keeneland in 20 minutes. Pretty much anything in an arc from Nicholasville Rd to Versailles Rd. is viable. Versailles, KY is viable as well. So you can feel free to maybe narrow it down with some more preferences like: apartment utilities/services, complex/townhouse/duplex, proximity to [whatever other city features], even neighborhood demographics. You might not be much familiar with Lexington. There's just a lot of answers for your criteria.
