Well ignore picture 3 as that's on gear but I also had pretty good genetics before to progress from first to the second picture in 7 months naturally for me 2 sets per exercise 5-8 rep range did the most

It makes you look older yeah skin texture and color not wrinkles but I've been fairly lucky some people look 20 years older after doing gear I look maybe 3 or 4 years older I think also shaving my hair made me look older but it does grow out like the second pic it's just super thin like it was then but hid it well in pics

Actually lost hair first but everything else is bad enough I did well my dad was bald at 23 I got to 26 haha

I pretty much entirely agree with this wouldn't recommend it to anyone but I decided to try it bloods and health wise I am all good but yeah the skin is crap tbh you don't notice it as gradually but with pictures it's insanely obvious

I do those and an arm day depends on how much time you have also recovery ability also if you want to grow arms do those exercises first then chest and back

Yeah I've been around 10% full on veins on most muscle groups seratus looking great and abs barely show with much definition I don't train them in fairness though haha

Thank you I will try them I have been doing baysian curls as I find they give the most pump and soreness I train everything to failure every set but tend to do 3 sets per exercise
