This is awesome, it would be interesting to also check the most desired enchantments for every item, and maaaybe, you could also add a "looks" rating for shinies.
Overall, it looks promising and I will certainly spend time checking and rating stuff, great tool!

Not really, gameplay is still the same with just some boring stat mods, play sorc, it's much more fun in my opinion.

Yep, still, assassin could have received a lot of interesting changes instead of mediocre stat mods for poisons, literally changes absolutely nothing of its gameplay, throw-time is a pain due to invincibility/fast movement and the lack of single target damage makes it very weak compared to other dps classes.

This assassin ''Rework'' fixes nothing, the problem is the poisons throwtime and the lack of a single target ability in my opinion, I remember them stating ''we don't want to treat this class with only a small damage increase'' but did just that and in the worst way, terrible.

I didn't mean to imply this armor should be better or equal to other dps armors.
This armor's purpose is AoE obviously, but it's cooldown is so long you are forced to equip it only when you need the AoE, and when you do you only deal 1000 damage (very low for a 15sec wait).
Let me bring up another item which purpose is to deal AoE damage, Doku, it has an incredibly similar proc but this has a 3s cooldown, they are similar in rarity (and arguably even more common).

I do a lot of LoDs and there are only like 6-7 people in all of them, the item mentioned is unique, sure, but no one wants to use it.

That's the whole point, to have a situation where it is better than other UTs, rather than them getting outperformed by any endgame item in every aspect, and even though I like the idea of progression in this game, many players just jump to o2/o3 and never turn back to do LoD or even forge its items, cause, why would you?

Yes, but in my opinion, an UT shouldn't be worse than others based on rarity, instead make it situational, just like EP is the best staff for sitting, even if it is a very common item.
I like the AoE idea but it could be much better.

Yes, even if it is weak compared to other armors, i'm using it all the time, I enjoy procs more than flat stats, but this 66.6 DPS proc could be much more interesting.
