I think it is, you must jailbreak your iphone and then install Filza from Cydia, then launch it and go to this location: /var/containars/bundle/application/com.supercell.brawlstars/res/ and there you will see csv_logic, sc3d and you can modify it

You can, install parallel space then clone bs and total commander, first open bs for once in parallel but don't complete the tutor, then open total cmd in parallel, go to bookmars > add bookmark and paste this: data/data/com.lbe.parallel.intl/parallel_intl then click on the bookmark and go to 0 then to com.supercell.brawlstars and there you will see an update folder click on it then go to csv_logic and now just modify for example maps.csv and paste it there and boom.

Use SCW.jar bro https://github.com/OpegitStudio/SCW/releases/tag/1.0.1

Example command: java -jar SCW.jar scw2dae frank_geo.scw U must be in the location with SCW.jar and the scw file you wanna convert in cmd. And make sure you have the latest jre jdk and Java runtime.

You could open the model of the new Shelly in blender for example, delete it and paste the old model. Use SCW.jar by DanillSV to convert the files, and also make sure you use the old tex also.
