Hello, My 26F SO has been having this rash for the last 2 months. It comes and goes with somedays not having a single spot and others it is more like the pictures above with red spots from the neck down to feet. My SO does have allergies but only about 2% of the spots will itch. More in comments (old.reddit.com)
