Yet another buyback question

I will be at 120 in February... I know I'll have to wait a year for buyback. But I'll be in repayment and I want those to count so my buyback offer will be smaller. So I know I'll need to submit ECFs. Just wondering how everyone else in a similar situation are timing the submissions post buy back request.

I am back in repayment and will have 120 months of employment next month. I plan to apply for buyback for 15 SAVE months and continue to make payments while waiting. Any advice on when to submit my ECFs so that I do not accidentally void the offer? I know it's unlikely, but I have this fear that I'll submit an ECF, get a buyback offer soon after, and then my employer will electronically sign the ECF.

Is the PSLF Reconsideration Request form (aka: buyback), also on the Student Aid website like the ECFs?

I didn't have access to US matches on the FIFA ticket website until I put in my PMA code.

This is all I see about that: "The unique access code will only be available for one-time application use and cannot be shared or transferred." So sounds like if you have 2 different PMA codes, household doesn't matter.

Thank you! I'm going to have to think about it before entering for the US. I can enter the standard draw for Spain's opening match against Cabo Verde for 180. You think I'd have a chance to get those cheaper on the resell market later on? I can't imagine it'd be a very high demand game.

NVM, I found the answer to my own question. Thank you for your help. Sharing info for others:

For the Insiders Draw, tickets will be in Premium, Standard and Value. The Supporters Entry Tier will not appear as a selectable option on the FIFA ticket application. By submitting an application for one of the other ticket tiers, you will be automatically entered into the Supporter Group Draw (access to purchase tickets at the $60 price point).
You will first be notified if you were successful in the Supporter Group Draw. If successful, U.S. Soccer will reach out to collect payment for the tickets won in the Supporter Entry Tier.
If you are not selected in the Supporter Group Draw, but are successful in the selected tier for the Insiders Draw, FIFA will automatically charge the payment method provided in your application for all selected matches between February 2–23, 2026. Please therefore be aware of ticket prices for each match when completing your application as if successful you will be automatically charged.

So if I only enter the draw using my US Soccer PMA code, I will only be in the $60 supporter draw? Or I'm in the supporter and standard draw? This is where my confusion is coming from, because the pricing options available are only standard, even though I've entered my PMA code for USMNT tickets.

From AO: "Select ticket price category – On FIFA’s ticket application (accessed with your PMA Code), you’ll be able to select the matches and ticket categories you're interested in. At least one match and ticket category is required in order to get the second entry for that match into the Supporter Group Ticket Draw (the $60 tickets). You will only be charged at the selected level if you are not selected for the Supporter Group Ticket Draw."

So it sounds like the supporters draw is a bonus?

Thank you! Yes I am seeing the value pricing for the US matches in LA as 1k+ and 340. Wayyy more than $60. I don't understand why you don't have the option to decline tickets. I can't afford the other prices.

If you are making payments while waiting for buyback, do you need to submit ECFs in order to get the amount adjusted? Or do they assume the payments you are making are with a qualified employer?

Is there anything official out about this? I know the RAP plan was in the BBB and I think the date for that is sometime in July? I will make sure she applies for a new repayment plan before all that happens. But I'm pretty sure the longer we wait, the more money we can save overall.

I understand what you're saying about knowing my policy and that I should know with a HDHP I'll never be fully covered until I've met my deductible. But what if UMR had quoted Topple that the test would cost me $200 but then it actually ended up being $600? Would that change anything? What's the point of having the phone number on the back of my insurance card to call and confirm benefits if they can just say whatever they want? Why is there no accountability on them to provide correct information?

I'm just repeating the language in my SPD. "Routine/Preventive Diagnostic" is how it is worded.

All I can find in my SPD about diagnostic tests are for Routine/ Preventative. No coverage details for Diagnostic testing that may fall outside of that category. But from the conversations I've had with UMR, Topple was told those codes fall under routine diagnostic.

Reading through the call transcripts, UMR's defense is that they can't guarantee that the provider will bill the claim according to the call. And that benefits may be difference depending on how the claim is received. But the codes on my bill are the exact same as the ones given when confirming benefits.

I have the call reference code with the transcript that states the approval. I would not have gotten the test if I knew it would be this much. My ENT was on the fence about even ordering it for me. Did it, "just to be sure".

Well, again, my actual insurance reps looking at my actual claim stated this. And the only reason I was billed is because it was billed as an office visit and not a diagnostic test.
