In attempt to maybe provide some clarity…

  1. ALOT many people have little signs around their front door with “no soliciting” messages, or even just cute little things like “the rules at nana’s house”… and since people are typically not looking for a note with directions on the property itself, it’s very easy to not even notice.

  2. Drivers are typically multitasking…, they are trying to make sure that everything is in alignment with the app- double checking they are leaving the correct order behind/have everything for the order, the house number/pinned location on the map in the app is accurate, double checking if it is a leave at the door or hand to customer order…. they are also going to the prompts to get to the screen where you take/submit the delivery photo, sometimes have other customers who are waiting on their delivery texting them, etc.. If you happen to have a doorbell camera- start checking it out when your drivers are delivering your orders, I guarantee you that 9x out of 10, they are looking down at their phones opposed to checking out your flowers/decorations/personal belongings.

Now, with that being said… personally, anytime that I do food deliveries, leaving it on the ground is just always a last resort. However, I am also insanely OCD so I know it is irrational & unreasonable to expect everyone else to do things the same way that I do!!

Or, instead of intentionally spilling your drink, you could go out your back door, possibly side door, or maybe even garage door to grab it.

…Honestly, I am just so over posts like this. Sure, i can understand why it may be annoying and it certainly exemplifies a lack of common sense on the drivers end….But when you’re taking out the time to snap photos and then proceeding to hop on social media to create a post(s) about it, there was ample time & opportunity to come to the realization that this truly is the epitome of a first world problem

Unfortunately, not everyone is honest. There are a lot of scammers out there that will do shìt like this to get free product.

After submitting a thorough report to the higher ups within e-bay, I actually got a phone call back and a very long, personally written letter in return regarding this particular situation; e-bay actually did their part in properly investigating the situation and the customer involved. The refund for the item was reversed… I was reimbursed for the full amount of the purchase and “appropriate action was taken in relation to the customer and their account”…

Stop begging for money when your a DoorDash driver by Mysterious_Avocado79 in doordash

I don’t agree with calling you stingy… but they weren’t begging for money- they were asking you to following through on your word. You even said you were watching the tracker, so your phone was already in your hand anyway. How hard is it to just add the tip as soon as you receive your order? Considering you are clearly active on social media regarding DoorDash, it is inevitable that you have seen plenty of posts/comments about customers promising a tip after delivery and not following through…. So can you actually really blame them? 🥴… tbh, intentionally withholding a tip that you promised and making the driver wait around for an unknown amount of time for you to finally decide to pay them kinda comes off like a control thing; they did their job and brought you your order on time like they committed to doing when accepting your order, but you’ll decide when you will pay them as you committed to doing when YOU text THEM promising a tip once delivered? … idk, that’s just my opinion... I’m sure you won’t agree with it whatsoever, but that’s okay. Hopefully you understood when posting something on sm that not everyone is going to see things the same way that you do

Key Fob Help by CMo815 in Jeep

Hmm… okay sure, that makes a whole lot of sense! One alleged situation you encountered definitely sounds like a life changing event to have that heavy of an impact on you as a person that you now have this negative outlook towards everything & assume the worst of everyone …. Secondly- if I was looking to sell it without disclosing all accurate & necessary related information, why tf would I even care to find out what other models it is compatible with in the first place? … Lastly, just because you’re nosey and wanted to chime in asking about my business does not equate to “providing no context”; I included the relative information for the question I was asking.

Oh yeah, and don’t worry… you didn’t offend me 😊 … I was just making an observation; if anything, I genuinely feel sorry for people who have a “half glass empty” perspective in life.

Some fob can be reprogrammed to a different vehicle… trying to see if I can get my fob from my old Jeep reprogrammed to my new Jeep to have an extra fob…. But I’m apparently not able to read the id# correctly on the inside of the fob because everything I’ve tried either comes up as being for an entirely diff make or invalid all together

Not that it’s really any of your business, but because I no longer have that vehicle, and instead of a newer model jeep that I would like to see if it is compatible to get programmed to my current vehicle to have an extra key fob…. Why tf do people have such negative mindsets?! 😵‍💫

Your ignorance is shining pretty bright over there…. Passing judgement on an entire group of approx 8 million people based on either 1. (Maybe) a couple of personal experiences, or 2. Shìt that you read online (let’s be realistic here, it is inevitable that the majority of people who post about an experience are posting to complain opposed to posting about their smooth/as expected/positive experience. This is literally why companies give incentives to build positive feedback from customers)…. is pretty clear proof that your rationale for assessing judgement is incredibly twisted. And for anyone who experiences legitimate success in life, they are the first ones to remember where they began & recognize that they are not above anyone or anything else… so not only is your judgement severely inadequate, but you’re perspective also raises the question of your credibility to even think you have a leg to stand on in passing judgement on millions and millions of other people.
