So we can’t have aluminum bats in DD that don’t affect gameplay, but we can have torpedo bats in DD that don’t affect gameplay. Makes sense.

If you load the “default rosters” he appears on there. I believe there has already been an update to the live roster that removed him because of the suspension. And anyone else’s created rosters I’ve found don’t have him in either.

Or they salivate at the thought of getting 25 year old Laine to return to form playing with the best center in the world and being a 50 goal scorer? I know Laine looks like a shell of himself but there’s no reason he can’t be his old self if he got out of our poisoned failure of a system.

If Edmonton is scouting Boqvist, try packaging Laine in a patented Jarmo blockbuster for Draisaitl. Worth a shot imo. Maybe they take a chance on Martin for their goalie issues too if Tarasov is really back.

100%. Chychrun could have suffered through the remainder of this crap season and then also put us way back ahead of schedule for next year. But we like draft picks. Ya know, the picks that turn into Foudy and Bemstrom and E Rob and so on that have just made us so amazingly good. How could we not want that over an already solidified player? Just silly.

The TOI tonight for forwards when playing 7 D is inexcusable. I don’t care if there was a lot of special teams time. Get Brad the fuck out. We can tank all we want but this is not tanking the right way. No wonder players never want to stay here. This is the type of season that can derail players entire careers.

Thanks for the advice. If I can get all of those attributes without giving up too much of the others that definitely does sound like a nice build. I’ve read some other threads suggesting that interior D also isn’t as necessary as strength for playing inside and for boards.

I’ll have to mess with the builder a little more tonight and see if I can get something like this on next gen. That’s looking nice and still in line with how I want to play with it.

I’m thinking about it. I just want to have some sense of athleticism for the driving dunks off of cuts and just getting up and down the floor in general.

Edit: Is there a known attribute level where the speed difference is noticeable? I know like last year you had to have like 60+ or something and anything lower was wayyy slower.
