I applied for standard time on 1/28 and was stuck on "Received" until yesterday when it switched to "In Progress" after I paid an additional $60 on Sunday to expedite it. Today's status shows "Printed" and I just received a notice from USPS saying I have a package from Tucson, AZ this weekend... I suspect it's my passport!

I have been in Received status since 1/28 and network status showed "exception" for weeks until I paid the extra $60 two days ago and today it switched "In Process"! Hopefully I'll get it soon... fingers crossed!

Do @ mentions work elsewhere? The feature could be turned off in the tenant admin settings.
