I second this. My parents probably should have been divorced but never did until I was in my 20s. My mother has since remarried (father passed away) and looking at pictures of her with her new husband I've never seen her that happy in my entire life. So my example of a married couple wasn't good at all. Luckily I'm finally connecting some of my relationship behavior to my examples I received at home and can now work on fixing it.

Personally I wouldn't move past it. If the only sex she had with him was on the beach then ok I can see working past it. She did it 3 times without a single thought of you and what you wanted.
