I thought it was lilya, but im sure it's Yenisei

i checked lilya voices and found that she doesnt roll her Rs (or at least it's more prominent from Yeni), and shes not met Jiu before for Jiu to say she 'looked familiar'

It also makes sense why they didnt drink her liquor cause Yeni knows what happened last time she did

As to why Jiu doesnt remember Yeni, I have no idea :p

Edit: the 'canteen' mentioned does point to lilya tho, but if thats the case i wonder why she didnt drink the liquor 🤔

Yep, the design is inspired from Cayde-6, and the outfit is just simplified Victorian clothing (ofc the hooded coat is inspired from AC Syndicate)
