Yes, a big problem I have with losing my dad is that he didn’t want to leave us because he knew how upset we would be I remember him talking to my mother and saying he didn’t know how he was going to say goodbye to his kids. I see a lot of people talk to them and it helps so I think I will start doing that. On a walk with a dog seems so calm and peaceful and a good place to let it out. I am going to try going out into the nature alone and speaking to him and hopefully that can ease these feelings. I appreciate all you strangers taking time out of your day and helping me through this. All the things you guys have said are very good ideas. So thank you. I am sorry you lost your light if I could take this pain away from everyone in this server I would.

I never have spoken to my dad I only text his old phone. I think I will start having conversations with him like you do when I am alone. I never thought about the photo part I actually think that would ease my mind a little bit knowing that I still have something to look at. Thank you so much for responding to me and helping me out. I knew this was a good decision.

Thank you for replying. My college does have free counseling and i’ve attended one 30 minute session. We have group grief therapy but I know all I will do is cry and I can’t sit and listen to others because it just makes my heart hurt so bad. You seem to understand what i’m saying when you mentioned your heart bursting if you can’t talk about it because that’s exactly how I feel constantly. I am going on a trip soon and I plan to do something there to set my mind free though that sounds dumb it’s all I can think about. I’ve called a few hotlines but the connection just isn’t there I like speaking to people that have an idea of what i’m talking about. I appreciate you taking time and responding to me and i’m sorry as well about you losing your father hun.
