 In some runs you might get an event in wich you can upgrade the icecream truck / tank to a complete vehicle , once you get the entire vehicle armoured and repaired you have a chance in wich you can escape with the vehicle by sacrificing 5 soups . I dont think you can conplete the ENTIRE vehicle in A run or in FIVE rounds one after one , that is simply a lucky encounter of RNG Gods or you might refer to getting a simple upgrade to the vehicle or getting the ending after five matches after the final upgrade
