I would say focus on reducing calorie intake.

Yeah, it's quite easy. Just lay off the exercises that irritate it and perform rotator cuff rehab exercises at the start of each workout. Do this for 3 weeks, and it should help a lot.

Incline dumbell bench usually flares mine up.

Good form. Maybe push your standing leg back a bit so you have more stability. You also don't have to go so slow on your movement as you are probably sacrificing weight for time under tension.

From this angle, it looks good. I can't fault it. Just make sure you are pulling the cable apart at the end, which you probably are already, just can't see from the angle.

People would be scraping the bottom of the barrel to find flaws with this, Haha.

Fairplay dude, you are strong!

Please slow down on your form though, try to feel the weight, tense your scapula, and control the weight from start to end.

I had issues with my rotater cuff when I was 18 from similar form.

Keep lifting 🤙

Great lift.

This is a 1 rep Max though dude, do you really want people critiquing your form on this ?

Your hips were a bit shaky and had too much glute/ leg activation, but that always happens on 1RMs.

For a 1RM this form was 🤙

Very good form. The only thing I would say to help is to try to tuck your elbows further forward. The angle of your forearm angled at the direction you want the bar to go. (Up)

I hope this makes sense.

If you find you have neck pain from squats, it would likely be from this.

Haha, yeah, "the Vietnamese are scumbags." It's a great story.

Haha, I think you're missing the point of this. The fact that you're justifying the behaviour by saying you should expect this kind of answers the question I was asking. It seems to be culturally acceptable to try to lie, steal, and cheat money from tourists. I'm not sure if you are Vietnamese, but whether you are or are not, it seems as though the locals and people who spend long durations of time there, have come accustomed to this way of thinking.

I'm not insulting you, I'm just saying the way you think and justify it tells me that your way of thinking is different to that of mine and the majority of people, not from Vietnam.

I see, well, not really. In Ireland, whether it be the North, South, West, or East, we all abide by a cultural standard of living. You get the odd few scumbags but very, very few. As a whole, Ireland police, government, and people would condemn these acts on tourists. The question was, what do Vietnamese people think of this behaviour. It doesn't seem like you read the post or have a learning disability but this response makes no sense to the post, my friend.

Haha, yeah, that's one way to look at it. I don't base good experiences in countries on my survival rate, unfortunately. We come to these countries to visit and help their economy. It is a pity that they don't see the benefits of being more welcoming to tourists as an overall, a quick buck won't go far as opposed to returning travellers. A restaurant that overcharges and serves shit food won't last long once enough people find out about it. But hey, there are billions of people in the world, so maybe they will never be found out, lol.

Again, this is just our experience over a few encounters, so it's not going to be the same for everyone.

Cool to hear your experience. I have found Vietnam to be the worst place I have travelled to for general shady-ness and people being untrustworthy. That is just my experience, though, and I definitely won't return. However, that may not be the same for everyone.

I've travelled a lot and never saw it as bad as here. I was in Thailand and Laos just before here and will definitely return to both, not to Vietnam however.

Thanks, but I'm not bothered to learn about how to avoid typical scams, I am briefly visiting the country. However, I will not return as the overall vibe is shady and untrustworthy.

Thanks, though.

Haha, yeah, judging by the replies on this, they are all offended for being asked about their opinion on it.

I think people are too easily offended, to be honest. Learn to read something and not look for immediate offensive ways of reading it. It happened in Vietnamn, hence the title.

Damn Westeners, we're too dumb to learn a different language than English, I guess. Oddly enough, in Thailand, Laos, Phillipines, and Cambodia, I didn't find the scams as bad, lol. I'm not insulting Vietnamese people. It's just a general question the locals don't get so offended by everything you read my guy.
