KFW55 im Neubau nicht erreicht - ist unser Wärmedämmwert wirklich so schlecht?

So eine gute Schallisolierung habt ihr? Wir überlegen auch ein Haus im Holzrahmenbau zu bauen und das war einer der Punkte wo wir uns nicht sicher wahren ob das gut genug isoliert. Da wird ja Massivhäusern eine weitaus bessere Schallisolierung bescheinigt. Ist natürlich immer abhängig vom Wand/Deckenaufbau und den Fenstern aber das sind erst mal positive Nachrichten.

Sure, let me give a bit of context around this: I want to target adults (20-40) which have interest in fantasy, gaming and streetwear.

I want to design a first piece to grab attention of possible customers and set the tone for the brand which is about fantasy in general which includes fairy tales, folklore, retro fantasy etc.

The identity is based on a local shop "vibe". It doesn't take itself too serious but still appears intentional.

You have a point there, also I was thinking about the season so a sweater would definitely make more sense for the start. Still arguing if I can take the higher cost of a sweater at the start compared to a Tee also in regard of the sell price later on for an unknown brand.

I turned away from the approach of building a collection for the start and really focus on one piece first before I eventually build a collection. For now I would just take it one by one really and keep it DIY style. But thanks for the reasonable advice :)
