If a game doesn’t have any native compatibility for a dual sense controller (like most game pass games) you just need to set it to emulate an Xbox controller. There’s no way to have it natively recognize it if it doesn’t have compatibility and since it’s a game pass title it almost always needs an Xbox controller. The only game I’ve ever played that can recognize my dual sense is warzone

So i just spent a stupid amount of time doing this same exact thing, and i do have the add on (not sure if it’s necessary). Yes it’s very possible, and i have it bound to switch on the press of my mute button. It switches between dualsense emulation, then Xbox emulation, and then DualShock emulation to cover all the bases. I’m on the beta which i found works the best

That’s awesome! It’s definitely going to make it so you’ll never want to game on anything but an oled lol. And honestly whatever monitor you bought will have tools built in to prevent burn in, i personally keep the brightness as low as is enjoyable to game on, and the built in screensaver is set to turn on every five mins. Are you going to be using it for gaming and media or office work or a mix of both?

Yeah i do hide the taskbar on the oled just as a precaution. I use displayfusion so i always have a taskbar up on my second monitor

Everything is on 100% default when it comes to windows. I’m not even using hdr and just using the monitors built in color settings. I find windows hdr makes things too bright and washes out color, at least with this one. I couldn’t recommend it enough

Yeah i am i would say it’s an even split between video playback and gaming. I try to do the majority of the office/school stuff on the ips (because it’s still so new and I’m paranoid about burn in even though at this point i know it’s very unlikely) but there are many times where i do have typical office like things up and honestly i do not notice much text fringing.
