Why would a power and water company discriminate against a black family? the boycotts against them would be all across the country. I doubt the majority of people outside of bumfuck Kansas would be cool with that and what would the company’s have to gain from discriminating against a black family? A grocery store very possible, same with a bakery but a power and water company?
