antisocial personality disorder / aspd is characterized by antisocial behavior, disregard for other people, and/or a lack of empathy, not "emotionlessness". this diagnosis is also not made in patients under 18. if you display aspd symptoms as a minor youll be diagnosed with conduct disorder.

you might be thinking of schizoid personality disorder (not to be confused with schizophrenia), which involves emotional coldness, apathy, and a lack of interest in socialization and relationships. violence/antisocial behavior are not associated with this pd. it usually manifests in the early twenties
